Kamehameha Schools held its first-ever “Snow Day at Our Kaka‘ako” event on Sunday December 3, and it was a huge success! With the help of State and community organizations, Kamehameha Schools spread our message of the importance of early childhood education, and provided valuable information about our many programs to an estimated 3,000 participants, including about 800 keiki. Keiki enjoyed playing in ten tons of snow and other fun activities at on the grounds of The Flats at Pu‘unui apartment complex in Kaka‘ako.
