The Flats at Pu‘unui

Welcome to The Flats at Pu‘unui

Located on 440 Keawe Street, The Flats at Pu‘unui is a seven-story low-rise rental building that is part of Kamehameha Schools’ Our Kaka‘ako Master Plan. The imaginative building has an eye-catching four-story glass mural by local artist Solomon Enos – watch as the artwork changes from brilliant blue and green hues during the day to gorgeous reds and oranges at night.

The Flats at Pu‘unui offers 88 comfortable apartment rental units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Individual units come furnished with amenities such as AC, refrigerator, range, microwave oven, garbage disposal and cable set up. Water and sewer fees are included in the rental space, which features ceiling fans, spacious living rooms and ocean or city views from breezy lanais. Residents can enjoy a rooftop deck, lounge area and on-site laundry facilities. The pet-friendly building is also part of a redevelopment block extending from Auahi to Pohukaina streets that encompasses 10,000 square feet of commercial space and a green space courtyard.

It’s hard to beat the location! Stores like H-Mart (Asian grocery store) and Down to Earth are conveniently within walking distance, and if you work downtown, your commute is just a few minutes via car, bus, bike or by foot. SALT at Our Kakaʻako and Ala Moana Beach Park are also nearby for weekend outings with the family.
