Starting today through Valentine’s Day, illuminated 4-foot high letters spelling the word “AL♡HA” are on display at The Barn at SALT at Our Kaka‘ako in a pop-up community art campaign designed to encourage aloha, gratitude and positivity during these challenging times.

The public is invited to add their own sentiments of aloha to the art display by writing messages on “Share AL♡HA” postcards and hanging them on the fence at The BARN to create a visual “wall of love.”

Take a photo of the giant letters or your “Share AL♡HA” postcard and post it on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #alohakakaako by midnight on Sunday, Feb. 14 to be entered to win a $50 gift card to one of the merchants within Our Kaka‘ako. Two lucky winners will be chosen on Feb. 15, 2021!

This event is free and open to the public from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily, and is co-sponsored by the Kaiāulu ʻo Kakaʻako Owners Association and Our Kaka‘ako.
